3 How We Use Your Information

- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Processing subscription payments via Stripe
- Provisioning and managing your Twilio phone number
- Enabling agent context and memory functionality using conversation history
- Sending transactional communications (account alerts, billing, service notices)
- Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, or policy violations
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not read, review, or sell your conversation content. Conversations are stored solely to power your agent's memory and context features. Our team does not access conversation logs except in response to a valid legal request or when required to investigate a reported abuse complaint.
4 Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third parties to deliver the Service. Your data may be shared with these providers only as necessary to perform their functions:
OpenRouter / AI Providers
Conversation content is transmitted to AI model providers via OpenRouter for agent response generation. These providers process your conversations to generate replies.

5 Data Retention
We retain your personal information and conversation history for as long as your account remains active. Upon account cancellation:
- Conversation history is retained for up to 30 days after account deactivation, then permanently deleted
- Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
- Account metadata may be retained for fraud prevention purposes
You may request immediate deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6 Cookies & Session Data
We use minimal cookie and local storage mechanisms. Specifically:
- Session Authentication: We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for session authentication. These are stored in your browser and expire when you log out or after an inactivity period.
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics services that profile your behavior across the web.
- No Cookie Consent Banner: Because our cookie use is limited to strictly necessary session tokens, no consent banner is required under applicable regulations.
